How current is this information and how often does the list update?

We update this information manually on almost a daily basis, 4-5 times a week and many times on
a daily basis. The information is current.

We do not send out e-mail alert notices of any changes on the list.

Since there are so many foreclosures, that is we ask you in the enrollment process to set up a
user name and password. That way, you can log into the Members Area and receive the up to the
minute information. All the properties status that appear on the list in the Members Area are identified by
availability. We will note in the "Bid Ends" field if there is a contract or a contingent. The "Key" also gives
you tells you if the property is new, if there has been a price reduction, any restrictions, or if the property
has expired or has been withdrawn.
