I get an "Internal server error HTTP 500" when I attempt to log-in

Are you using the new version of Internet Explorer 7? if you are, this new browser is still causing
problems for it's users and this issue might continue.

If you do continue to get this error message, we might suggest uninstall your Internet Explorer 7
or if you have Windows XP using the "go back " option and install Internet Explorer 6
with this download from Microsoft or downloading Mozilla (Firefox), another good browser.
