What exactly is Get the Foreclosure List and what type of information is available?

Get the Foreclosure List is a current, compilation of bank and Government owned after-foreclosure
or bankruptcy properties in Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston, York and Lancaster counties.

This list is updated 4-5 times a week and many times on a daily basis. Unlike other sites that
advertise foreclosures that are outdated and the properties have already sold.

All of these properties are sold free and clear of all liens and title insurance is offered. All properties
are vacant.

And, most properties are sold as-is. Some properties are in need of major repairs, some only minor
repairs, some are move in condition and we have seen some that have never been occupied. On
many of these properties you have a chance to inspect them once you have them under contract.
