We welcome newcomers to use our services. We have terrific customers
and we intend to keep it that way.
We want to be completely honest about our policy.
We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any
time without prior notice.
General
Get the Foreclosure List acts as a provider of real estate information
for buyers. The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern
use of the gettheforeclosurelist.com Web site ("Site") by you,
the user of the Site ("User"), your user name which is your
e-mail address (user name). By
using or visiting the Site, User expressly agrees to be bound by these
Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
governing the Site. Get the Foreclosure List reserves the right to change
these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
If User violates these Terms of Use, Get the Foreclosure List may terminate
User's access to the Site, bar User from future use of the Site,
and/or take appropriate legal action against User. Customers who want
to use our services and tools must agree to accept our e-mail
messages as part of their service.
Orders
Orders through Get the Foreclosure List will be fulfilled through our
gateway and merchant processing. Contact information for your order will
be
provided to the gateway and merchant during the purchase process. If you
lose this information User may contact us
here to
get information about the order. All sales are final. There are no refunds,
exchanges or cancellations.
E-mail Notifications
Get the Foreclosure List will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase
has been made or for lost, or destroyed e-mail's
containing User name, password or notifying updates. When User receives
their user name and password, User should keep them in a safe place.
Product
In Order to protect our users from fraud, a user may be required to provide
additional proof of identify before logging in with their user name and
password. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to previously
gathered personal information on User.
All orders are confirmed via E-mail of User's chosen E-mail address and
to the billing address of User's credit card (no exceptions). Most orders
are processed the same business day in which they are received. Orders
placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.
Pricing
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically
stated.
Credit Card Charges
The one week trial subscription will automatically renew at the monthly
subscription rate at the end of that purchased week. If you intend to
use the
one week trial subscription for just the one week, you will need to cancel
your order at the end of the week by notifying us in writing to cancellations
and include your name, date of purchase, user name and password.
All cancellations, if done after your credit card company has issued
your monthly statement will take effect for your next billing cycle. For
example, if you contact us to cancel on the 18th of a month, but the automatic
billing cycle happened on the 17th, you will be allowed to use
our service for next 30 days, and then your service will discontinue.
WE DO NOT ISSUE CREDIT IF THE AUTOMATIC BILLING HAS
ALREADY OCCURRED ON YOUR STATEMENT.
Permitted Use
User agrees that User is only authorized to visit, view and to retain
a copy of pages of this Site for User's own personal use, and that you
shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute
the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review for personal
use unless otherwise specifically authorized by Get the Foreclosure List
to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Get
the Foreclosure
List and/or its suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright
laws.
Single Use Subscription
Subscription purchased by User is a Single Use Subscription and is not
intended for multiple Users. User agrees that User is the only authorized
User
to visit view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for User's own
personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify
or
otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than
to review for personal use unless otherwise specifically authorized by
Get
the Foreclosure List to do so. The content and software on this Site is
the property of Get the Foreclosure List and/or its suppliers and is protected
by US and international copyright laws.
Links
The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link
to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. Get the Foreclosure
List
has no control over these sites or the content within them. Get the Foreclosure
List cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained
in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. Get the Foreclosure
List does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant
that
they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact User's computer systems.
By using the Site to search for or link to another site, User agrees and
understands that User may not make any claim against Get the Foreclosure
List for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from use of the
Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. If User experiences
a problem with a link from the Site, please notify us at here
and we will investigate User's claim and take any actions we deem appropriate
in our sole discretion.
Violation of the Terms
Get the Foreclosure List, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice,
may terminate User's access to the Site, cancel User's order or exercise

other remedy available to it. User agrees that monetary damages may not
provide a sufficient remedy to Get the Foreclosure List for violations
of
these terms and conditions and User consents to injunctive or other equitable
relief for such violations. Get the Foreclosure List may release User
information if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary
or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity.
Get the Foreclosure List is not required to provide any refund to User
if you are terminated as a user of this Site.
Copyright Policy

on the Site are the copyrighted works of Get the Foreclosure List. All
Rights
Reserved. Any unauthorized redistribution or reproduction of any copyrighted
materials on the Site is strictly prohibited.

Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event
will Get the Foreclosure List be liable to User for any indirect, consequential,
exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits,
even if Get the Foreclosure List has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site,
User agrees that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State
of North Carolina without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User
agrees to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of the
State of North
Carolina, City of Charlotte.
Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify and hold Get the Foreclosure List, its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless
from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of the
Site.
Registration
Certain areas of the Site are provided solely to registered Users of the
Site. Any User registering for such access agrees to provide true and
accurate information during the registration process. Get the Foreclosure
List reserves the right to terminate the access of Users should Get the
Foreclosure List know, or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User
has entered false of misleading information during the registration process.
ALL REGISTERED USERS MUST BE OVER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE. Children
under the age of eighteen (18) shall not be permitted to register. Get
the Foreclosure
List reserves the right to require valid credit card information as proof
of legal age. Get the Foreclosure List maintains a strict online Privacy
Policy and
will not sell or provide User credit card information to third parties.
User Account
User will create a user-name (e-mail address) and password as part of
the registration process. All User account pages are protected with Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. User is fully responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of their user-name and password. User agrees to immediately
notify Get the Foreclosure List at fraud
department should User know, or have reasonable grounds to suspect,
that the user-name or password
have been compromised. Get the Foreclosure List shall not be responsible
for User's failure to abide by this paragraph. Get the Foreclosure List
may,
in its sole discretion, terminate the User's account for any reason. Under
no circumstances shall Get the Foreclosure List be liable to any User
or third
party for termination of a User's account. THIS IS A SINGLE USE LICENSE.
ANY SHARING OR DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD TO MULTIPLE
USERS WILL RESULT IN YOUR LOOSING YOUR ACCOUNT PRIVILEGES>
Not Activating or Using the Service
If User signs up and never confirms their e-mail address by visiting that
aforementioned URL in the confirmation e-mail, User's credit card is still
charged. Should User has deceased since subscribing for our service, it
is the responsibility of the estate to terminate the automatic credit
card
draft by mailing a brief letter of explanation of the User's name, and
address along with a copy of the death certificate to Foreclosure Insights,
11535 Carmel Commons Blvd., Suite 101, Charlotte NC 28226.
Third Party Advertisers
Get the Foreclosure List may allow third party advertisers to advertise
on the Site. Get the Foreclosure List undertakes no responsibility for
User's
dealings with, including any on-line or other purchases from, any third
party advertisers. Get the Foreclosure List shall not be responsible for
any
loss or damage incurred by User in its dealings with third party advertisers.
AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING OF ONE
WEEK TRIAL
Credit Card Charges
The one week trial subscription of $29.95 will automatically renew at
the monthly subscription rate of $49.95 at the end of that week. If you
intend
to use the one week trial subscription for just the one week, you will
need to cancel your order at the end of the week by notifying us in writing
